That’s Monja! Her training style gets you motivated but will never push you beyond your limits. She’ll encourage you to trust yourself and your body’s ability. Monja is all about listening to your body, moving in ways that make you happy and helping clients reach their fitness goals. Her belief is that we must treat our bodies kindly and in return our bodies will be kind to us.
Monja believes that we must listen to our bodies. After an initial assessment to understand your needs and goals, Monja will guide you to finding joy in movement by creating a personalised fitness program to help you achieve specific health and fitness goals. She will be on this journey with you to monitor your progress and motivate you along the way.
Monja will assess current fitness level to determine body composition, muscular strength, cardiovascular health and flexibility. Program design to improve fitness and overall health. Motivate and guide clients to train towards their goals and make fitness a part of your life. Specializing in:
